Absolutely. Every package we offer serves as a starting point. Our travel experts will work closely with you to adjust dates, accommodations, activities, and any other aspect of the trip to match your exact desires. We specialize in bespoke travel β no two itineraries are ever the same.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for standard packages, and 4-6 months for peak season travel (summer, Christmas, school holidays) or luxury accommodations that have limited availability. However, we also offer last-minute deals for spontaneous travelers β check our Last Minute page for current offers.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. We also offer installment payment plans for packages over β¬1,500 β ask your consultant for details.
Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure date. For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.
No. The price quoted includes all services listed in the package description. We believe in complete transparency β any optional extras or upgrades will be clearly communicated and priced before you commit. What you see is what you pay.
Our standard cancellation policy offers flexibility: free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, 90% refund if cancelled more than 60 days before departure, 70% refund between 30-60 days, and 50% refund between 15-30 days. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for full protection.
Yes, we offer comprehensive travel insurance through our partner providers. Coverage includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, flight delays, and more. We highly recommend adding insurance to your booking for complete peace of mind. Your consultant will present options during the booking process.
Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. Our team will advise you on visa requirements specific to your passport and itinerary during the booking process. For some destinations, we can also assist with visa application procedures and provide supporting documentation.
Manassetrip provides 24/7 emergency support throughout your journey. You will receive a dedicated emergency contact number before departure. Our team can assist with medical emergencies, flight disruptions, lost documents, and any other urgent situations. You are never alone when you travel with us.
Most of our packages include airport transfers at both the departure and arrival destinations. This is clearly indicated in the package inclusions list. If transfers are not included, we can arrange them as an optional add-on at competitive rates.
